Start your projectIf I cancel, what happens to my website?
The site goes offline when the subscription ends. Ask within 60 days and we send your written copy and the images made for your site. Your domain remains yours.
Do I keep my email if I leave?
Yes. Your email account is yours whatever happens with your website.
Can I edit the website myself?
Yes. Every plan includes an editor for changing your own text and images at no cost.
Can I upgrade from Starter later?
Yes. Upgrade to Standard within 13 months and your $500 Starter payment counts toward it.
Is yearly payment available?
Yes. After the one-time build, Starter is $250 a year and Standard $500 a year, two months free against paying monthly.
Can you build an online store?
Yes, added to a Starter or Standard site: $25 a month on top of your plan, plus $250 one-time setup, for up to 50 products. Payments go to your own Stripe account and Lumen Hub takes no cut.
What if I sell hundreds of products?
Shopify is usually the better fit for a large catalogue or stock tracking, and we will tell you so.
