The setup fee
The one-time setup fee is refunded in full if you cancel before we show you the first preview of your site. Once the first preview has been shared with you, the design work has been delivered and the setup fee is not refunded.
Monthly and yearly fees
Monthly and yearly fees are paid ahead and are not refunded for time left in the period. If you cancel, your site stays online until the end of the period you have paid for.
Changes we make for you
A change ordered from the change menu, or a quoted piece of work, is refunded in full if we have not delivered it.
Cancelling
Either of us may cancel the service with 30 days written notice. When the service ends the website goes offline, and if you ask within 60 days we send you your text and your images. Your domain name is always yours.
